VIVI Music is released as a 100% free and open-source software under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 3.0. You are granted explicit freedoms to copy, redistribute, modify, and run the software.

1. Open-Source Freedoms

As a user or developer of VIVI Music, the GPL-3.0 License guarantees you the following rights:

2. Copyleft Conditions (Share-Alike)

In alignment with the GNU copyleft principles, if you modify and distribute forks of VIVI Music:

VIVI Music streams audio publicly indexed from external platforms. The application is designed strictly for **personal, non-commercial use**.

Users must respect the copyrights and terms of services of the third-party platforms from which the audio is sourced. VIVI Music does not host any media files itself, and the author does not assume responsibility for user-initiated content queries.
